How Can I help?

There are plenty of ways to help!Consider any of the following…

  1. Support by attending!  It’s fun!
  2. Consider buying tickets for others…
  3. Volunteer your time and skill
  4. Donate (to the school or auction, cash or items)

We’re always looking for help with a variety of tasks.  Currently, we could use a hand with the following specific things:

Donate an item…

Again, let us say THANKS!
Here are some items to help you help us…

  • Donate an item
    • Here’s the latest list of items we’d really like to have… (COMING SOON)
    • If you are willing to help us out with it, here is the form used for donation

Accounting help (cashier)…

Good with numbers?  We could use a hand with the credit card reconciliation process.  This involves learning how to use the credit card machines (there are others that can teach – and the instructions are also easy to follow).  It also involves a bit of time on Friday night, and (usually) on Sunday to button things down.

If you’re interested, or have more question, contact Carmen Dolson, Hayley Burkart, or Rich & Kathy Gumm (their contact information is here…).

Like to bake?

Each year, the desserts become a high-energy affair.  Everyone likes a good dessert, and you can be very proud if yours gets fought over.  If you have a specialty dessert that you think might be the pride of the batch, bake it!

Let Sheri Griesbach know you’re interested! (her contact information is here).

Have other ideas or skills?

If you have something else that you would like to offer… let us know!  We’re always looking for new opportunities, and our volunteers are the BEST source… and that’s YOU (we know, because you’re reading this).
